First thing I would say to someone about the entire staff at Westre's Marine St. Cloud is that I would shop there again in a heartbeat!

From the beginning to the end, my entire experience was great! Paul my sales rep. was super helpful in answering my questions and helpful with problem solving! Harley was very polite and professional to deal with. The service department made sure my boat was set and even adjusted my drivers seat in the boat to fit me!

The gentleman in finance was clear and helpful with all the paperwork.

If you are maybe interested in a new boat, first boat or even deals on a used boat I would definitely stop by at Wetsre's and having a conversation before you make a final decision. I sure am glad I did, Tony :-)

The experience was over the top from the sales staff's as far as knowledge by Paul Palmer and Ryan Tuffs and the way they wanted to help me and made sure I was comfortable while I spent my time at Westre's. Ryan went over the boat I purchased with detail and showed me how everything work. Paul initially sold me the boat and he had went over what I was looking at purchasing. Paul helped me make my decision on this purchase with his knowledge and willing to answer all my questions while showing me the boat. I took it out on the lake of the day of my purchase and was way more then excited on the boat I purchased. Joel Trisko made the paper work go smoothly and he and I had some great conversation on our fishing experiences. I will not hesitate to recommend Westre's to any one I come across that is looking to purchase a boat.

Westre's did a excellent job servicing my DF 200 Suzuki 4 stroke. In addition to their service technician pinpointing the problem with the oil usage, the customer service department was quick in taking and returning phone messages. Prompt communication is a big deal, especially when you have a boat in Minnesota with a short summer season. Westre's serviced my engine from beginning to end in less than a week, when "other" dealers would not even return a phone call or email. Thank you Rob and Carl for getting the problem solved and me back on the water.

Id give a higher rating if possible. I blew my old outboard motor on my 171/2 ft Lund and only had 2 weeks before a Canadian fishing trip. And memorial weekend was in between. They had the outboard I needed and measured my boat to order the controls ( I was changing to a different manufacturer) they rushed in parts and removed old outboard and installed new one with 2days to spare. All the way from the salesman Ryan to the service department were fantastic. The Suzuki outboard ran perfect and I had a great trip thanks to them.

Jason Westre and his team are fabulous. From sales to service we have never been disappointed!

A big THANK YOU for Shane at Westre's Marine. I had a possible warranty issue with the batteries for our Barletta pontoon. I was preparing to put our pontoon in the lake and discovered both were defective (this is not a dealer or manufacture issue) The brand that was installed at Barletta was reputable but they must of had a bad lot. I live over an hour from Westre's Marine and was in St Cloud for only a short amount of time today. Shane coordinated warranty replacement in a very timely manner and I was taken care of before I left St Cloud.

Excellent service provided by an amazing crew. Had 2 10' power poles ordered and installed within a week!!! Can't beat that!
